This feature documentary tells the story of the emerging new generation of unconventional, idealistic young farmers, from all walks of life, and of the tremendous obstacles they face. In creating the underscore with co-composer Peter Nashel, I was able to tap into a rustic yet contemporary palette, with all sorts of unique, unusual sonic combinations: autoharps, detuned banjos, plucked strings, and all manner of found sounds.
