To Kill A Cat (Short Film)

Featured As: Score Composer | Writer/Director: Brad Martocello

Sunday is easily the worst shift of the week at Sullivan Construction, but this Sunday, it’s going to be the worse shift of Marty and Jack’s lives. This darkly comic short film from writer/director Brad Martocello called for a chamber orchestral score that combined cello plucks and mournful clarinet lines with banjo twang and oddball found-sound percussion. It was a great opportunity to break out all kinds of unusual live instruments to spice up the traditional small cinematic orchestral palette.
